matchFWD is social website connecting talented people with hiring managers.

Through mutual LinkedIn and Facebook contacts (we call them Connectors), talents and managers build real connections and better teams. Our proprietary matching algorithm and sweet UI combined with human intelligence makes it effortless for Connectors to refer people and share opportunities with their Facebook and LinkedIn contacts. It drastically increases the quantity of referred applicants received by employers. Users help friends grow their business and find better career opportunities, while building their online reputation.

We are a word-of-mouth accelerator for the job world. Our community share information about who's available, who's hiring and who's good at what they do.

Signing up and creating an matchFWD account is free! The easiest way to sign up is by connecting with your LinkedIn account. This will automatically fill out some of your profile, and import your contacts automatically. If you don’t have or don’t want to use LinkedIn, you can also use Facebook to create an account. We'll only import work experience and your contacts. We will never post on your wall without your permission.

Yes, matchFWD is enthusiastically a free service while in beta. Later, we will be adding premium features we know you'll love, but there will always be a useful free version you can use.

First you need to register. Then click on the nice green button labeled 'Post' you see in the header.

In today's very social online world, you get much better results if you share your job posting to your employees, to connectors you know and to some potential candidates. This is the initial step of your social recruiting campaign. Every week, you'll receive suggestions of actions to take and people to share to maximize your chances of finding the right person. That's a campaign.

You can connect to Facebook and LinkedIn in Settings > Networks.

You can refresh your profile in Settings > Networks.

Your "board" as we like to call it is simply a list of jobs and and people availabilities you have shared. When you create or share an opportunity, it appears on your page. Forget old-school job board and get connected to great jobs and people by visiting your friends and contacts pages.
