• Led a major overhauling of the Pogo.com destination site including home pages, game browsing, game pages, social features, in-game shopping experiences, general SEO and upsell optimization.
• Implemented extensive testings of prototypes to inform design and business decisions. The success of this approach led Pogo to hire a full time prototyper for the UX team.
• Initiated the creation of visual assets libraries and UX patterns libraries.
• Led research on an experimental version of the Pogo service across web and iPad.
• Provided design support to other products like Pogo on Facebook and Pogo on iPhone.
• Provided UX strategy support to the business in the form of brainstorming sessions, prototypes and demos.

User Experience designer, manager of the interaction design team. I was lead UX for all the projects related to TELUS: TelusTV, myTelus.com, and Telus Central (an experimental interface to access all TELUS services across Web, TV and mobile).
