Interactive Art Director & UX designer, Prospek
When I first met the Prospek team, I knew there was a connection. Now that exo7 and Prospek got together, I can't be more grateful to my instinct. My job as an Interactive Art Director and User Experience Designer is more and more challenging and the bar is rising higher and higher everyday.

Our main goal is to generate value from our understanding of the end-user needs. This value has two major characteristics, it is helpful and it is innovative.

Digital branding is no longer a beautifull store front. You need to create relevant content, put it in the hands of everyone who needs it and you need to be able to adapt to the end-user reaction. Many would call this reality complex, but complex doesn't mean complicated. This complexity is for me an opportunity to create new and intuitive ways to take advantage of new technologies: to be part of the progress.

My main tasks at Prospek are :

• Challenging the strategy team with my right brain
• Branding
• Interactive Art Direction
• Imagine and plan transmedia campaigns
• User experience design
• Manage the design team
• Find great new talents
• Assure the quality standards
• and deliver.

Our latest clients:

Mediative
TV5 / MC2 / Hors-Série
Cirque Éloize
Groupe Pages Jaunes
Bell
Hôtel Le Crystal

(August 2002 to July 2009)
Co-founder Creative director, exo7.ca Inc.
While I was doing my baccalaureate at University of Montreal in graphic design, I met my associate to be, Sébastien Paccioni. Together we founded exo7 who became a seven years journey in the world of design and advertising. Driven by our youth and our thirst for progress, we became one of the first Montreal's design studio specialized in web design. We were the new comers and I can say with confidence: I still am.

My main tasks at exo7 was :

• Meet new clients and understand their needs
• Translate the needs in a relevant web strategy
• Set the creative directions
• Manage the design team
• Find great new talents
• Make the team laugh
• Feed everyone new inspirations
• Assure the quality standards
• and deliver!

All exo7 project was made in a transparent and open spririt and I hope that all our collaborators had a great time. I sure did! I learned to work as a team, to plan everything to make things happen, to have confidence in my ideas and to be strategic if I want to have an impact with my creativity.

• Société des alcools du Québec
• m0851
• Aldo Group
• Renaud-Bray
