Website Project: Single handedly led the creation and launch of the YPG career site: jobs.ypg.com (there was nothing before, it was just a Taleo based site) with the help of an external agency
Received approval to create and run the YPG Recruitment Twitter account
Trained all HR employees in Canada and the US on:

Created Employee Referral Program for ABB Canada (bonus given to employees who refer candidates who are hired) including Program Guidelines, Referral Form and Referral Pamphlet
Created a perm and temporary offer template for ABB Canada, then meeting with Legal and Compensation Managers resulting in a uniform, clear, legally conform offer template.
Created a shared drive for all of HR Canada to use, by coordinating with IT department (to share information, templates, CVs etc.)
