The YellowID team assures the evolution of the plateform for Single Sign-On services of Yellow Pages Group. The selected candidate will participate in the analysis, the development and the maintenance of this social media platform. Basically, you're in charge!
Your main responsibilities will be:
•Develop the plateform for SSO capabilities, social plugins and game mechanics.
•Answer Web development needs from the Marketing Team.
•Deploy the platform on Amazon Cloud (AWS).
•Provide documentation and technical support for applications that are in progress.
•Elaborate new applications and procure their development.
•Develop services used on YPGs sites including yellowpages.ca, canada411.ca, redflagdeals.com and canpages.ca.
•Analyze and approve the faisability of technical requirements and formulate recommandations when needed.
•Offer explanation and specification relative to the analysis and the conception of the plateform for SSO services.
Requirements:
•Bachelor in computer science or equivalent.
•Good knowledge of conception models.
•3-5 years of experience in development .NET.
•Bilingual
Experience with:
•ASP.NET MVC 3
•Javascript (jQuery, qUnit, JSON/P)
•AJAX
•Micrsoft Entity Framework 4
•Microsoft Unity 2
•SQL Server 2008 (t-sql)
•Experience in programming with web sites (WebServices, REST and SOAP).
•Experience with creating unity tests and integration
•Knowledge of OAuth protocol and the Facebook API
•Experience with Agile development
•Experience in .NET infrastructure (IIS, Windows Task, SQL Server database administration)
•Ability to understand business needs rapidly
