With this in mind, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driving Global Recruiter to join our HQ in Mortlake, South West London.

What the role involves: You will have responsibility for all our recruitment programmes globally. You will build upon our current strategies and methodologies with your own ideas and inspiration in order to attract first class candidates. Pipeline is key to this role, so you will be expected to place adverts, headhunt, shortlist, undertake initial telephone interviews, administer tests, organise and participate in face to face interviews. As we are a global company, you will need to be willing to travel to any one of our locations when required, therefore a valid passport is essential.

The ideal candidate: You will be educated to a degree level with considerable experience as a successful in-house recruiter. Experience of international recruitment would be highly advantageous, as well as fluency in a second European language.
