Description

We're looking for a developer who has proficiency in Java. The developer would need to be able to work independently to take charge of a project, architect it and create code that he/she can be proud of. Spectrum maintains very high standards for code quality, design patterns and code reusability.

While experience with web development in Struts II, GWT and/or Glassfish would be an asset, it is not necessary. Our opinion is that really good developers can pick up any technology as needs arise.

The position will initially involve working remotely from a home office. So candidates need to be self-managed and organized. You will interact daily with fellow developers and clients though instant messaging, email or phone/VoIP.
