Description

Planbox is a fast-growing company that develops a simple and powerful SaaS agile project management tool.

We offer an open loft-style office with casual dress code, get-in- whenever-you-want -type schedule, all you can drink coffee and tea, beer-on-tap-I-kid-you-not, funky art on the office wall, etc… We are located on the Plateau Mont-Royal.

We are looking for a motivated individual that will be the interface between our customers and the business. You’ll need to be a compassionate, pleasing, fast-typing, smooth talking sales shark. You will also be involved in developing new sales tools/channels to sooth your appetite for making new sales.

Task Description:

  • Providing incredible customer support, identifying sales opportunities and turning prospects into customers
  • Build / Maintain / Manage customer relationships
  • Participate in the creation/selection/implementation of new sales tools and channels
  • Work with existing and prospect customers to identify their needs and how the company can best meet those requirements
  • Educate existing and prospect customers on using the company’s web application

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service or sales position

  • Excellent sales skills required (phone, email, instant messenger, presentation)

  • Web-savvy and lightning-fast typer

  • Resourceful and self-starter with excellent English oral and written communication skills (French, German, Spanish is a plus)

  • Experience in (or exposure to) project management is a plus

  • Experience with (or knowledge of) Agile project management is an asset

  • University graduates/students preferred
