Description
As a Business Analyst in IT, your main responsibilities will be: Analyze Business and user needs, Obtain and document business requirements and product specifications, Contribute and define project requirement scope and objectives based on both user needs and an excellent knowledge of applicable business processes, systems and industry requirements, Recommend and present business or system solutions, Create and manage functional application requirements and their traceability, Review change requests and track the effect of requirement changes and communicate to all participants, Assess risks associated to change requests, Support all document needs at the requirements and process level, Manage Client expectations of product features and functionality, Communicate to client's deliverables and related schedules, Work with Clients and development team to achieve most effective solutions, Provide input on product / service development (SLA), Design, control and support QA requirements, Design project Test Plans covering SIT, UAT, Pilot, and Post Deployment, Create test cases for all phases of testing, Implement and maintain test defect tracking and follow-up, Participate in the development of User Guides, Release Notes and Use Cases, which will not only fully document the work done, but provide the Client with complete Training materials.
What we are looking for: College or University degree. IT experience for Technical Business Analysis. Process Engineering Experience. 3-5 years experience minimum in the mentioned fields. Teamwork oriented. Customer Focused. Good business acumen. Advanced communication skills.
