Product Manager

MConcierge is looking for a Product Manager to drive new products and features into the GuestDriven Software as a Service (SaaS ). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to think strategically.

A Product Manager is a key focal point in the software development process. Ultimately for this position, we are looking for an individual who can clearly define market requirements and work closely with all areas of the company in the development of new software. Critical to the role is the ability to communicate product positioning, value proposition and key target persona's to all of these teams and our current and prospective customers

Main Responsibilities include:

• Capturing and articulating global customer and market needs. • Translating them into SaaS requirements. • Creating and gaining business case approval leading to full end to end production launch of new products into the portfolio • Understand and define the SaaS market, customer, and internal requirements • Interact with SaaS customers (on-site visits, conferences, conference calls, and webinars)Conduct competitive analysis while monitoring industry innovations • Work in a collaborative environment with cross functional product teams, customer service, and product marketing to ensure that release content and value propositions are clearly understood • Develop product demos to be used in discussions with industry analysts, customers and internal groups (e.g. Sales, Pre-sales etc) • Effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with all levels of management and peers Qualification: • 2+ years in Technical Product Management or Product Management; • 2+years of experience in a SaaS environment; • Bachelor's degree; • Experience in a Web 2.0 oriented business and offerings; • Knowledge of what web and mobile users seek and how they want to engage on-line content; • In-depth knowledge of latest trends in SaaS, social media, mobile and web developments; • Passionate about the power of the mobile applications and the web to create social • change; • Strong communications skills, written and verbal; • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be extremely well organized; • Ability to represent the products and the company in a visible way within our community; • Bright, energetic, collaborative and goal driven personality; • Can remain focused, yet quickly re-prioritize, in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to think at both detail and strategic levels. • Self-starter who enjoys a challenge.
