Working within customer service group, under the supervision of the customer service manager, your role will be to answer complex service calls and to provide email support for our customers.
In this position you will be required to:
-Provide general technical support to our customers
-Support the setup & operation of our customers using various IP PBX systems
-Troubleshoot VoIP issues including compatibility, performance and quality of service
-Install, test, troubleshoot, monitor and support different VoIP equipment in our labs and production network
-Produce documentation to facilitate the training of other support members.
-Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field
-Solid understanding of IP and inter-networking technologies
-Strong knowledge and experience of VoIP including SIP protocol and various IP PBX systems
-Excellent troubleshooting skills
-3 years of experience in technical support
-Excellent knowledge of LAN & WAN environments
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Able to communicate in a professional way
-Customer satisfaction oriented
-Bilingual: able to communicate on the phone and by email in English & French
