Description
Reporting directly to the Lead of SEO/Social, this position will have as main function to create social media marketing strategies for clients, help innovate & develop social media offers/packages, train clients on community/social platform management, help train internal sales team on social media utility, and deploy social media campaigns on behalf of clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Create social media audits & strategy documentation for clients
- Provide training to clients & internal staff
- Help innovate & develop social media offers/packages
- Create outreach strategy recommendations for clients
- Master, investigate and propose the use of new tools for social media management & monitoring
- Build client reports
- Execute social media campaigns on behalf of clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience in social media marketing/community management
- College or University Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or Communication
- Bilingual (English mother tongue and French second language)
- Good knowledge of search engines & social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+), MS Office suite
- Dedicated, creative & innovative
