matchFWD reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Privacy Policy, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site and a prominent notice, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. 1. Collection of Your Personal Information

The collection is limited to the following personal information: any and all personal information that you have submitted to LinkedIn or other social media web sites as part of your user profile (including full name, email address, education, experience and skills). The collection of certain information is required (required fields) to be able to provide the matchFWD Service; other information is optional and will enable you and other users to derive more benefit from the matchFWD Service: By providing any personal information on the Site, you represent and warrant that (i) you are entitled to submit such personal information and (ii) matchFWD may share this personal information with other users of the Site and the Service. WE ALSO COLLECT THE FOLLOWING USAGE INFORMATION when you use the matchFWD Service (the “Usage Information”): matchFWD’s cookie information (see paragraph 4 below), your IP address, the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time of your access to the Site, the type of Internet browser and operating system (OS) you use, the name of your Internet service provider (ISP), and the URL of any other web site that referred you to our Site. Usage Information is linked with the personal information contained in your account, so it may be regarded as personal information. We do not collect any other personal information, period.

To help protect the confidentiality of personal information, we take appropriate security measures and we operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER PRIVACY IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF USE FOR THE SITE AND THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS).
