And while many "serious-minded" business professionals may immediately want to be dismissive of the value of encouragement as an IMPORTANT business factor, it took a lot of encouragement throughout their formative years before the founders of Facebook and Linkedin and Amazon and Twitter and Microsoft and Apple and Google could bring their valuable products and services to the world.
